Notices for changes or cancellations will be posted 3 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting at the following locations:

NORTH WASHINGTON STREET WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT

PUBLIC NOTICE CONCERNING PROPOSED RATE INCREASE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Board of Directors of North Washington Street Water and Sanitation District (the “District”) may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services provided to the District’s residents and property owners within or outside the boundaries of the District. Such action is being considered by the Board of Directors of the District at a meeting of the Board scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026 at 3172 E. 78th Avenue, Denver, CO  80229.
